Daily tariffs include VAT, consumptions (power, water, gas, heat and accommodation facilities), free WiFi and breakfast.
The rooms are cleaned on a daily basis. Linen is changed every three days.

If you wish to confirm your booking, you need to send an email and advance a deposit amounting at least to 20% of the total, via bank transfer, money order or credit card withdrawal.

If you have made a reservation just a few days before the arrival, a credit card as guarantee will be needed.

CHECK IN time: upon request. It is recommended a prior confirmation for a better service.

CHECK OUT time: from 8.00 to 10.30 am.
